Return/Exchange Policy
We want you to adore your ZMJ Denim! If for some reason you need to return/exchange your purchase, we are happy to do so.
Returned/exchanged merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn and must have all original tags. Returns/exchanges must be received within 14 days of the purchase date. Products returned after 14 days will be issued a store credit.
Sale Items: All sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
A request for a return/exchange should be submitted on the shop.zmjdenim.com contact form or to customerservice@zmjdenim.com. Once your request has been received, you will be sent a return form with instructions via email.
ZMJ Denim, Inc. does not reimburse the shipping cost of returned orders and is not responsible for returned merchandise lost/damaged in transit. Customer is advised to insure and track their returns.
Allow 2-4 weeks for processing returns/exchanges.
Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated. Allow 2-7 days for delivery.
